Specific admission criteria of the doctoral programme

Merits and assessment criteria

The academic record (30%).

Specific qualifications (10%).

The university and country (20%).

Letters of recommendation (10%).

A letter of motivation (20%).

Others (10%).

Publications, additional postgraduate studies and professional experience.

Proof of knowledge of English. English level above 80 points for the internet-based TOEFL test (IBT) or above 550 points for the paper-based TOEFL test (PBT), First Certificate or equivalent.

Support of a researcher who belongs to the programme as a possible supervisor of the doctoral thesis (according to article 7.1 of RD99/2011, of 28 February).

Complementary training
Bridging courses will be subjects chosen from the following master's degrees:
• Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering and Energy Sustainability (2016)
• Master's Degree in Nanoscience, Materials and Processes: Chemical Technology at the Frontier (2013)
